- 🥢 12.5cm Round Fine Wire Mesh Head
Compact 12.5cm diameter woven stainless steel mesh bowl, ideal for scooping dumplings, wontons, noodles, fried snacks, blanched veggies and removing soup foam without small food slipping through gaps.
- Rust-Proof Reinforced Stainless Steel Wire Construction
Tightly woven thick metal wire forms a sturdy strainer head with circular support rings to prevent sagging or warping under hot oil, broth and boiling water. Fully corrosion-resistant for long-term kitchen use.
- Long Solid Natural Wooden Heat-Insulated Handle
Extended smooth wooden grip acts as a heat barrier, keeping hands safe from hot steam, boiling broth and deep fry oil. Small hanging hole at the top for easy vertical storage to save cabinet space.
- Secure Riveted Connection Between Mesh & Wood Handle
Metal rivets firmly fasten the wire mesh frame to the wooden handle, eliminating wobbling or detachment even after repeated high-temperature straining and deep frying tasks.
- Multi-Purpose Asian Cooking Essential
Perfect for Chinese hot pot, noodle soup, deep frying, blanching vegetables, skimming grease from stocks, lifting dumplings and wontons out of boiling water. Compatible with woks, stockpots and deep fryers.
