- 🍞 Premium Food-Grade Stainless Steel Construction
Solid one-piece polished stainless steel build, rust-proof, stain-resistant and sturdy enough for heavy daily baking use. Smooth non-porous metal surface repels sticky dough, butter and flour buildup.
- Multi-Functional Dual Design – Scraper + Cutter
Sharp straight flat edge cleanly slices bread dough, pizza base, pastry, cookie and pasta into even portions. Wide flat metal panel effortlessly lifts, scrapes and transfers dough from countertops without tearing soft uncooked mixture.
- Comfort Rolled Anti-Slip Handle Grip
Thick fully rolled tubular top handle creates a secure, ergonomic hold. Prevents sharp metal edges from digging into palms when scraping dense dough blocks, delivering steady pressure with minimal hand fatigue.
- Zero-Waste Countertop Cleaning Tool
Sweeps leftover flour, crumbs, nuts and chocolate shavings straight from baking boards in one smooth pass. No small gaps or crevices to trap stale dough residue, unlike plastic scrapers with segmented handles.
- Retail Boxed & Easy Low-Maintenance Care
Comes in branded Appetito printed gift box perfect for retail shelf display and baking gift bundles. Fully dishwasher safe top rack; wipes clean in seconds with a damp cloth for quick between-batch cleanup.
