- 🍝 12 Uniform Standard Ravioli Cavities
Produce a full batch of 12 evenly sized ravioli in one press. Ideal for small to medium ricotta, spinach, meat and vegetable fillings, cutting out slow hand-folding work.
- 🧈 Soft Food-Grade Silicone Press Mat
Flexible translucent silicone overlay perfectly fits the metal tray. Press down to crimp, seal and dome the pasta dough tightly, stopping fillings from leaking while boiling. Smooth non-stick surface releases dough effortlessly.
- 🛡️ Sturdy Crimped Metal Base Tray
Rigid metal frame with decorative scalloped crimp edges to create authentic restaurant-style sealed ravioli ridges. Built-in small support feet lift the tray off countertops for stable non-slip prep.
- ⏱️ Fast Batch Homemade Pasta Prep
Skip time-consuming individual hand folding; roll one full pasta sheet, fill all cavities and press once for a complete ravioli sheet. Perfect for weeknight family meals and pasta-making parties.
- 🧹 Detachable Easy-Clean Two-Piece Design
Silicone mat fully separates from the metal tray for deep rinsing. Silicone repels flour, egg dough and sticky cheese residue; metal tray simply brushes free of dry semolina flour.
