- 🥐 50cm Extra-Long Solid Rubberwood Barrel, 5cm Uniform Diameter
Full-length smooth straight rolling barrel fits large baking boards, ideal for rolling full sheet pie crusts, pizza bases, large cookie sheets and big batches of artisan bread dough. Consistent 5cm thickness creates perfectly even pastry layers every time.
- Premium Solid Rubberwood Construction, Splinter-Free Sanded Finish
Sustainably sourced natural rubberwood, finely polished all over with rounded smooth end caps. No rough grain, splinters or uneven ridges to tear delicate pastry, fondant or puff pastry sheets.
- Handleless Straight Barrel Design for Total Rolling Control
No protruding side handles to bump dough or catch on baking mat edges. Easy palm grip lets you adjust rolling pressure freely for ultra-thin filo pastry or thick rustic bread dough.
- Multi-Use Professional Baking Tool for Sweet & Savoury Recipes
Perfect for pizza bases, large fruit pie crusts, puff pastry, sugar cookie dough, fondant cake covering, pasta dough and strudel wrappers. Ideal for home bakers, small café and catering batch prep.
- Low-Maintenance, Space Efficient & Long-Lasting Hardwood
Dense rubberwood resists warping and denting better than soft pine. Wipes clean with a damp cloth; flat straight shape stores horizontally on cabinet shelves or vertically in utensil holders without taking extra space.
