- 🍖 Dual Working Surfaces for All Meat Prep
Two functional hammer heads on one tool: raised pyramid nub side breaks down tough muscle fibres to tenderise steak, pork, lamb and poultry; smooth flat pounding side flattens cutlets, schnitzel and chicken breast for even thin cooking.
- Heavy-Duty Solid Cast Aluminium Build
One-piece polished aluminium construction delivers substantial weighted mass, requiring less arm force to soften dense, tough meat cuts. Rust-proof, corrosion-resistant and far sturdier than lightweight plastic tenderisers.
- Extra-Long Ergonomic Handle
Extended smooth grip handle with integrated hanging hole at the end. Provides ample reach and balanced weight distribution to cut down wrist fatigue during bulk meal prep; easy to hang on utensil racks for storage.
- Versatile Home & Catering Essential
Perfect for marinated steak, crispy schnitzel, stuffed chicken breasts, BBQ ribs, pork cutlets and stew meat. Also crushes garlic, nuts, crackers and ice for cocktails as a bonus multi-use kitchen tool.
- Quick & Simple Low-Maintenance Clean
Non-porous smooth polished aluminium surface repels meat juices, grease and marinades. Rinse instantly under running water after use, hand washable; compact single-piece design with no crevices trapping food residue.
