The De-Solv-it Multi-Purpose Cleaner is a concentrated solution with 100% active ingredients from natural citrus base. It is designed to safely and effectively remove tough grease, grime, sticky residues and dirt while smelling wonderfully fresh.
Fast and effective in removing sticky labels, tapes, gum, crayon and general cleaning of stains.
BIODEGRADABLE
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shake before use. To activate sprayer, twist locking tab clockwise until it aligns with the vertical slot. Squeeze trigger to prime. Push locking tab up then twist anti-clockwise to lock.
PRE-WASH STAIN REMOVAL: Spray to saturate stain area. For best results, wait up to 10 minutes. Wash normally.
HOUSEHOLD HARD SURFACES: Spray onto surface. For best results, leave to activate for a minute then wipe clean. Rinse with warm soapy water if required.
GENERAL HOUSEHOLD & WORKSHOP: Spray onto surface. For best results, leave for a minute then wipe clean. Rinse with warm soapy water if required.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. May be harmful if swallowed. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice. In case of eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes. Store below 38ºC.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are not required to pay for all associated shipping costs. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged / Change of Mind
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exceptions:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items historically were either refunded or scrapped.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
