- 🔥 27cm Wide Traditional Round-Bottom Carbon Steel Wok
Classic curved 27cm diameter bowl delivers ample space for family-sized stir-fries, fried rice, noodles and Asian one-pan meals. Deep sloped walls lock in high heat and stop ingredient splatter during fast tossing.
- Premium Lightweight Carbon Steel Construction
Ultra-fast heat conduction creates intense restaurant-grade high heat for authentic "wok hei" searing. Thin yet sturdy steel heats up instantly and distributes heat evenly with zero cold spots for consistent browning.
- Heat Insulated Solid Wooden Handle with Hanging Ring
Smooth natural wood grip stays cool over open flames to prevent burns during long cooking sessions. Small metal hanging loop at the handle tip enables vertical wall storage to save cabinet space.
- Ready to Season Naturally Non-Stick Surface
Uncoated chemical-free carbon steel builds a smooth natural patina with regular oil seasoning. No toxic non-stick coatings to peel or melt under extreme stir-fry temperatures.
- Universal Gas Stove Compatibility (Pair with Wok Ring)
Designed for gas cooktops when used with a wok stabilizing ring, perfect for home Chinese, Thai and Korean stir-fry cooking. Supplied with retail paper wrap for shelf-ready store display.
